Your Meditation. A Wonderful Daily Teacher.

Vedic Meditation practice is such a wonderful teacher for how to bring yourself to every aspect of life. You might be surprised to see how much wisdom you already have and are already experiencing.

1. Allowing life to give you what you need.

In meditation, we have no expectations or attachments to outcomes. We simply let go and allow whatever needs to take place. We don’t control or try to create any particular experience. We know that whatever we are about to receive is exactly as we need. We surrender accept and allow, then feel into what’s needed, and move into action.

2. Re-orientating your awareness to where it needs to be.

In life, we can easily get caught up in thoughts. Just like coming back to your mantra in meditation, when you notice yourself thinking in daily life, simply re-orient your awareness to your breath or senses in the present moment. Bringing yourself back to where you want to be is retraining your attention to flow with your intention.

3. Being process-orientated rather than outcome-oriented.

There is no end destination in meditation, and there’s no final “I made it!” experience in life either. There’s only the continual evolutionary process of growth, expansion, and integration. Find pleasure in the process and enjoy the ride.

4. Giving yourself time to heal.

Letting go happens incrementally over time - you don’t just meditate once and be done with it. It’s a daily practice of re-training the mind-body to be in greater alignment with nature's intelligence. And it’s the same with daily life. Be kind to yourself and trust the divine timing of it all.
