In these classes, you’ll be empowered with the knowledge, tools, and techniques to access your deeper ‘being’ state – the origin of consciousness, creativity, clarity, and calm.

These sessions are designed to equip you with a self-sustaining daily meditation practice you’ll genuinely enjoy.

Signature Course: Vedic Meditation

$890* ✺ 4 group sessions

Across this 4-session course, we focus on knowledge, technique, and eyes-closed meditation time. On completion of the course you’ll graduate as a truly confident, competent, and self-sufficient meditator with a meditation practice to last for life.

  • We begin with a 5-minute ceremony to honour the ancient wisdom from which Vedic Meditation originates. Then, you’ll receive your personal mantra (a simple sound, used silently in the mind) and I’ll share with you the foundations of the technique.

    Expect to be meditating right from the beginning of the course. Most people immediately experience a sense of mental refreshment, a feeling of deep inner calm, and a quieting of the mind – often for the first time in their lives.

    You will be encouraged to meditate at home later that day. This is the beginning of gently integrating your practice into 'real life.'

  • In this session, we build on your knowledge, understanding, and refinement of technique. You’ll learn more about how Vedic Meditation works and what makes it different from other styles of meditation.

    I’ll show you how to unlock the power of your mantra – transitioning your practice from high-effort to meditation that feels easy, effortless, and enjoyable.

    To close off the session, we’ll move into the practical 'real world' aspects of meditation - how to maintain a consistent practice in daily life! We’ll plan where, when, and how to meditate in a way that gives you results and works for your individual schedule, demands and lifestyle.

  • We continue to refine and develop your understanding of the technique to facilitate deeper, more blissful meditations.

    Learn about the role of thoughts in meditation and the mind-body connection.

    Together, we’ll take a look at the neurobiology of stress and how the profound level of rest from meditation creates tangible shifts within your mind, body, and being.

  • This is the deep dive.

    We’ll explore how meditation enhances self-awareness, creativity, clarity and relationships. Learn transformative eye-open practices (to be used in addition to meditation, outside of your eyes closed practice) designed to refine the quality of your mind and deepen your connection to self.

    We discuss everything from the wisdom of the Veda (the knowledge of life) and what it means to functionally embrace expansive states of consciousness.

    And because there’s a difference between learning to meditate and actually meditating regularly. I’ll get you set up for long-term consistent meditation – because that's where the true transformation lies.

  • The course might be over, but your journey is just beginning – and I’ll be here to support you at every step.

    Upon graduation of the course, you’ll receive an in-person teacher for life! As well as a 1.5-year subscription to a personalised email support program, bringing you meditation philosophy, practical tips, and eyes-open practices straight to your inbox.

    You’ll also have access to free regular group meditations, and attend wisdom sessions, advanced courses, retreats, knowledge evenings, and community gatherings. You can even resit the course at any time, for no additional cost.

Advanced Mantra

$285 ✺ 1 hour private session with ceremony

  • After one+ years of regular meditation practice, it may be time to evolve and expand your meditation experience.

    Offering you a new mantra, this session delivers personalised guidance to connect you to deeper aspects of self and to reinvigorate your commitment to meditation.

    After this session, expect to experience increasingly subtler states of meditation, with new tools to hook more readily into the elusive blissful layer we experience in the deepest of practices.

    Should you wish, you may receive a new mantra every 12 months.


Private Mentoring

  • These sessions are for students desiring individual attention and guidance beyond the initial 4 session course.

    Infused with practical wisdom and practices beyond your meditation, these personalised sessions will connect you to deeper aspects of self and are designed to nourish your needs, desires, and experience of life.

Sunrise Sessions (free)

Every Friday morning from September to May, our community comes together for a sunrise beach meditation. All are welcome.

Everyone is welcome. The only pre-requisite is a willingness to meditate for 20 minutes. Bring a cushion to sit on, bathers & coffee money (if you wish to join us for a post-meditation swim or chai!)
